The Bhakti Sastri course takes a personal approach to learn with interactive sessions on wisdom from the East. It explores the Vedic philosophy along with practical applications in the modern-day life.
The Bhakti Sastri course, being one of the most popular courses provided by the London College of Vedic Studies, is suitable for devotees well familiar with the practice of Krishna consciousness and desiring to study Srila Prabhupada’s books in greater depths.
The course will cover the following four books:
Bhagavad Gita As It Is
Bhakti Rasamrita Sindhu – The Nectar of Devotion
Sri Upadesamrita – The Nectar of Instruction
Sri Isopanisad
This course is divided into 6 modules and is specifically designed for those who would like to gain a thorough understanding of these books. The course takes a hands-on and personal approach to learning; it encourages students to not only understand the content of the books but to also digest the philosophy and practically apply it. It also promotes class interaction and discussions.
